Tuna Croquettes

We love Tuna croquettes...

Ingredients

2 cans of tuna

200 ml milk

2 slices of bread, crumbled

2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

2 eggs

1 teaspoon of parsley

½ onion. Chopped

Extra-virgen olive oil

Preparation

1.In a large bowl mix the crumbled bread with the milk.

2.Heat a saucepan with a splash of olive oil and add the chopped onion. 

3.Stir fry the onion in medium fire for about 5 minutes.

4.Dry the tuna and crumble it then add it to the bowl along with the bread and milk.

5.Add the fried onion, the parsley, eggs and flour. Mix it all together.

6.Leave it to rest for 5 minutes. After that, start making the croquettes with your hands. 

7.Heat a large saucepan with enough oil to fry the croquettes. Turn them around as they start to acquire a golden color and a crispy exterior. 

8.Serve them in la large bowl covered with an absorbent paper or paper towel.
