Ingredients
3 cans of Choritos Angelmo (al natural)
200 ml of coconut milk
The juice of 2 lemons
Celery, one stick
Coriander, 1 branch
Chile, curry and salt to taste
Preparation
1. Mix the coconut milk, celery, chile, curry and salt in a saucepan and put it to heat.
2. Just before it starts to boil, remove it from the fire and let it sit so that all the flavors and smells blend together
3. After a while bring it to the fire again but this time bring it to boil.
4. As it starts to boil add the Mussels. Wait about 30 seconds.
5. Remove from fire, spray with lemon juice and add the chopped coriander.
