4 cans of mussels
¼ of chopped celery
½ chopped chive leaves
¼ chopped red pepper
½ cream cheese
1 chopped onion
¼ cup of white wine
2 garlic cloves
Olive oil
Salt to taste
1. In a saucepan put the olive oil to heat and slightly fry the onion, celery and red pepper.
2. We add the garlic cloves just before remove the saucepan from the fire so that they won't burn
3. Add the white wine over our fried vegetables and the add the mussels
4. Once they are cooked, remove from the saucepan and put them in the mixer along with the cream cheese.
5. As you are mixing, add a bit of olive oil and salt to taste. Mix until the dip starts to take form.
6. Finally, put the dip to a serving bowl and add the chopped chive leaves.
