Let's prepare this delicious Pasta and Tuna salad that our guests will surely love.
2 cans of Atún desmenuzado al agua Angelmo
Pasta (your favorite bite-sized pasta)
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
1 egg
Olives
Cherry tomato
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Let's start by boiling the egg. In the meantime, let's bring the pasta to boil too.
2. Open the can of Atún desmenuzado en agua Angelmo and drain the liquid leaving it mostly dry.
3. Add the tuna to a bowl and put to reserve
4. Once the egg is ready, peel it. If you find it difficult to peel, crack the shell all around and soak it in water for a little while. Once you are done peeling it add it to the bowl.
5. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the bowl. Now is the time to mix everything.
6. Add the olives and the cherry tomatoes
7. Add salt, pepper and a little taste of oil.
8. Now you can finally add a nice touch of colour and flavor with the chopped parsley
