Ingredients
2 cans of cholgas Angelmo
600 gr of onions
4 eggs. Beaten.
100 gr of grated cheese
2 teaspoons of chopped cilantro
Salt and oil to taste
Preparation
- Chop the onions in small pieces and stir fry them in a saucepan.
- As the onion starts to brown add the cholgas mussels.
- Now is the time to add the cilantro, so carefully spread it over the saucepan and mix.
- Add the beaten eggs. Mix.
- Add the grated cheese. Mix
- Increase the heat to string for about 2 minutes.
- Bring it to low, cover the saucepan and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Now, for the big moment, you can use the cover of the saucepan or a large plate to turn the frittata upside down.
- Cook for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the intensity of the stove or kitchen.
- Serve.
